This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all students, customers, and franchise partners of DEVBAS A CENTRAL SKILL EDUCATION (“Institute”, “We”, “Our”). By enrolling or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy
All course fees, admission charges, and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is made.
2. Course Cancellation by Student
- No refund will be provided if a student cancels or discontinues the course for any reason.
- Fees cannot be transferred to another student, course, or center.
3. Course Cancellation by Institute
If the Institute cancels a course before commencement, 100% fee refund or batch transfer may be offered. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7-21 working days.
4. Digital & Online Services
Payments for digital content such as eBooks, videos, online tests, and portal/app access are non-refundable.
5. Franchise Fees
Franchise registration and renewal fees are strictly non-refundable.
6. Examination Fees
Fees paid to external bodies (e.g., Asian International University) follow their respective policies. The institute is not responsible for their refunds.
7. Technical Issues
Technical support will be provided, but fees will not be refunded due to internet, device, or connectivity issues.
8. Payment Gateway Charges
Gateway and bank transaction charges are non-refundable.
